JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts according to recipes and standards.
• Design and create visually appealing and delicious pastry items for daily service and special occasions.
• Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all pastry products.
• Manage ingredient inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Supervise and train junior pastry staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and kitchen safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to create complementary desserts for the overall menu.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and innovations in pastry and baking.
Requirements:
• 2 -4 years working as Pastry Chef either in the UAE or Home country• Must be able to join immediately
• Must be willing to undergo trial for 2-3 days if shortlisted by the client.
• Must have knowledge on preparing a wide variety of desserts.
Salary:
AED
4,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
