About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Assist pastry sous chef in delivering required standard in pastry section
• Ensure all preparation of the pastry and bakery section is complete and ready for each service
• Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
• Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Pastry Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years experience in the same role from fine dining or high end restaurants
• Must have background in French/European or Mediterranean cuisines
