Pastry Chef up to 7.5k Aed for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Auh
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
- Apply health and safety regulations according to the recommended current standards
- Prepare desserts for service and ensure they are correctly presented
- Check the quality of the food produced
- Supervise and ensure the monitoring and management of supplies and stock
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
- Maintain good teamwork within the department
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: Pastry Chef
- SALARY: up to 7,560 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Fine Dining Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join by 22nd November 2019
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male or Female, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or any as Pastry Chef
- Strong background in making French pastries
- In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Detailed oriented
- Able to make decisions quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Leadership and time management skills
