JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objectives:
- Candidate should be able to bake pastry and confectionery items
Main responsibilities:
- Should be able to follow the recipe and prepare the dishes as per the recipe.
- Should know to use the basic kitchen equipment such as the blender, mixer, oven, microwave, induction stove, etc.
- Reporting to: Head Chef
- Other interactions: Customers
- Number required: 2
- Duration: Permanent
- Probation: 6 Months
- Travel requirements: None
REQUIREMENTS
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 3 years
- Specialist knowledge: Baking of Sweets, desserts, pastries and confectioneries
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Customer service and good command over English
- Gender Preference: Female
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: UAE
