JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved time-sheets, and other special payroll deductions

Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, finance and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g. labor" home" work, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contribution reports)

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration or Accounting.
- At least two years of experience in Accounting, especially in payroll processing.
- Sound familiarity with HR & Admin. Management Softwares and Reporting Systems (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS-Excel.
- Accuracy and very high attention to details.
- Have strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities.
