JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working in exclusive partnership with a leading global financial institution, which is striving to create a larger presence in the GCC. They are looking to hire an experience Payroll Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of payroll, allowances, benefits, and employee entitlements in compliance with HR Policy and UAE Labour Law. The role involves maintaining and updating employee records for promotions, transfers, and salary reviews, as well as administering benefits including housing, education, and car allowances. Key responsibilities include reconciling payroll ledgers, resolving discrepancies, and preparing detailed payroll reports. The role also covers the management of pension contributions for National and GCC employees, support for internal & external audits, and the implementation process and system improvements using Oracle.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or an equivalent. A minimum of 10–15 years of accounting experience is required, including at least 5 years in of payroll experience within a tier-one organization. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of UAE payroll and employment regulations.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
