JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, disability, and reporting on this
- Resolving payroll discrepancies

REQUIREMENTS

- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Time& Attendance monitoring and record maintenance.
- Responsible to calculate leave pay, gratuity and any other computation for employee.

Sobha Interiors is engaged in both design and manufacturing. The division was set up in 1999 and has since grown to become one of India's largest woodworking & joinery facilities.

The manufacturing arm operates from a 258, 000 sq.ft. factory in Bangalore, India. It undertakes customised joinery work for large corporate projects and interior fit-out solutions for the hospitality sector. It has an exclusive design studio which comprises interior designers, 3-D visualisers and draftsmen and best in class facilities.
