JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Payroll Executive - Bilingual - 6 months
Transguard workforce solutions have been engaged by our client to source an Arabic and English speaking 'Payroll Executive' . Our client is a government authority of UAE .
This role is for 3 months.
As a Bilingual 'Payroll Executive' based in Dubai, this role will be responsible:
• To ensure rosters are received within the agreed deadlines and that the blank Timesheets are printed within the agreed SLA's
• To ensure all payments are accurately made
• To calculate and accurately record all ad-hoc payments
• To release undisbursed salaries/leave salaries on authorization
• To prepare cash packets for full & final amount to give to HR.
• To prepare Salary Certificates and Salary Transfer letters.
• To accurately file all Payroll paperwork daily.
• To update the KPI reports on a monthly basis
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
English and Arabic speaking skills
• UAE labor law knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge and strong background of payroll processing
• Ability to work with confidential information
REQUIREMENTS
• The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree and must have minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Payroll processing role (preferably within UAE) with excellent Knowledge of various payroll / HR software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
