JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A Payroll HR Coordinator is required for our global client based in Dubai. It is essential that you have a HR & payroll background with a strong work ethic and be a team orientated individual, as this is an extremely busy and heavily administrative role. Therefore candidates are required to be able to prioritise their own workload with ever changing deadlines.

Our client is well renowned in the industry and is one of the top leading brands in their field. They have several locations in the UAE and the team supports all HR functions across the MENA region. This is a particularly busy period for the organisation and the Payroll HR Coordinator duties will include administration of payroll, compensation and benefit packages, Emitarisation, on and off boarding and will be responsible for responding to payroll and HR queries from employees across the MENA region. You will also have overall responsibility for the maintenance of departmental records, including highly confidential information and HR monthly reports. You must be extremely self-sufficient and be able to manage the role and inter departmental working relationships well as the HR team are exceptionally busy.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role you should possess at least 2 years’ experience within a Payroll HR support function (as opposed to payroll within a finance capacity) and be fully flexible to work across several disciplines. Those with HR qualifications are especially highly desirable, alongside strong knowledge of current UAE and regional labour laws, advanced excel skills and a strong and collaborative approach.
