This role is a key part of our back-office team. You will be leading all things related to people and talent, working closely with the leadership team. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on helping build high performing teams at BBGC.
Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition to deliver timely hiring to BBGC and its clients
Own all processes related to talent acquisition
360 hiring from sourcing and headhunting through to onboarding
Manage our applicant tracking system (Workable)
Agency/PSL management
Lead the people strategy and agenda at BBGC
Own all processes related to people
Lead on building internal culture at BBGC
Business as usual people activities; onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and development frameworks
Introduce/enhance tools, processes, and initiatives that support a high-performing, happy, and engaged team
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people matters
Support people events such as our annual weekend away
Lead attraction and marketing activities and other related project work
Requirements:
Strong experience in technology talent acquisition, ideally in a consultancy environment
Experience as a people leader, hands-on and strategic
Proven experience building talent/people functions and successfully scaling teams
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Experience in a people role in a global business
Team player and collaborative problem solver
Strong sense of ownership for projects, tasks, and responsibilities
