JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Mission:
• As a Performance Account Manager with RBBi you will be responsible for working with our partners to deliver best in class paid digital media campaigns and strategy.
• Working with our partners to develop an in-depth knowledge of their end users and business objectives, you will translate this into strategy.
• You will oversee the execution of this strategy, working with more junior members of the team to ensure best practices and continual optimization are employed.
• This role provides a great opportunity to work with some of the leading brands in the region.
• You will also gain exposure and insight into the wider digital ecosystem – including SEO, UX & Research and Analytics.

About you:
• You will have 4-5 years’ experience in a role focused on paid media – including one or more of the following channels: PPC, Display & Paid Social.
• You will have a solid grounding in data & analytics – understanding how things work at a theoretical level and able to provide not just reporting, but meaningful insights, in the channels you work across.
• This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the next stage of their career and take on more leadership responsibility.
• You will have a real ‘can-do’ spirit, always ready to take on a new challenge and learn new things. Being adaptable and open to working with a range of businesses, personalities and cultures is a must.

REQUIREMENTS

Objectives:
• Supporting a range of partners with their digital media strategy – ensuring all decisions and optimisations are underpinned by data and their end users needs and intent
• Being a mentor and leader to more junior members of the team – setting a strong example and ensuring that the whole team stays ahead of the curve with new developments and practices
• Working closely with suppliers (Google, Facebook etc) to develop a healthy and beneficial relationship
• Leading the relationship with small-medium sized clients, working towards a true partnership. Working with client service leads and department heads on larger accounts to develop the media specific relationship with clients.
• Ensuring that the team have a clear understanding of strategy, deliverables and deadlines to provide work inline with expectations
• Contributing towards new business – developing and leading sections of pitches and working with the Department Head on the strategy
• Contributing towards growing RBBi’s brand awareness with regards to paid media within the GCC – helping to write blog posts, articles and research etc.
• Continually developing knowledge of the entire digital landscape – working closely with other teams across the business to ensure that strategies are aligned and underpinned by driving the best possible results for our clients.

What you’ll need:
Skills:
• You will have solid experience in a Paid Media role – across one or more of PPC, Paid Social & Display/programmatic advertising.
• Strong communication skills – able to understand and adapt your communications across our clients and team members in a very international environment
• A strong head for data – able to understand figures and metrics and present these in a digestible format
• Experience in training teams and delegating work
• 4-5 years in a digital media focused role is essential – some agency experience is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree or above in Media or a related field is desirable
