JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of our client a leading Oil and Gas Operator we are looking to recruit a Performance Engineer . Reporting to the Team Lead you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the offshore maintenance and production operations team in relation to all offshore rotating equipment, provide technical expertise in rotating machinery performance issues be responsible for the review of company's rotating machinery performance monitoring techniques, implementation of performance calculation for all critical rotating machinery (Gas Compressor, Power Turbines, Pumps) and dimensions
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have, 5 years minimum experience in a rotating machinery performance analysis role, with a strong background in gas turbine and compressor (Centrifugal and reciprocating) performance evaluation.Experience of performance analysis on Gas Compressors/Gas Turbines essential. and of dynamic and thermodynamic analysis essential.
A Masters in Mechanical or Rotating Machinery and In depth knowledge of mechanical engineering and hydraulics
