Employment: Full Time

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for online business. Reporting to E-commerce Manager, you'll work closely with the marketing team to execute data-driven campaigns across various digital channels, with a primary focus on maximizing ROI and achieving key business objectives.


Campaign Management:
• Execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns planned by E-Commerce Manager across channels such as Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
• Identify and target relevant audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.

Budget Management:
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
• Monitor spending against targets and adjust budgets as needed to optimize performance as per the brief from E-commerce Manager.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports.
• Present findings and recommendations, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, creative design) to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
• Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Ads, SEO etc.) and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook, or other relevant platforms is a plus.
