JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and maximise ROI. Your analytical skills and innovative strategies will be key in enhancing our online visibility and attracting potential clients in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, SEO, email, and social media.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences to optimise marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
- Create engaging ad copy and compelling visuals to drive conversions and attract target audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
