Employment: Full Time

Purpose of Work:
The Performance Marketing Specialist role focuses on optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok & more ensuring maximum ROI, and using
data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.

Scope of Work:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to support lead generation campaigns and marketing goals. Use advanced analytics to monitor and improve performance while aligning campaigns

Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and formats to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with the broader strategy and brand goals.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad content

• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track performance metrics across platforms, integrating data from CRM and analytics tools.
• Analyze customer journey data to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize efficiency and results.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the campaigns remain competitive.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically managing campaigns in the UAE market
• Proven expertise in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and achieving KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms
• Exceptional knowledge of A/B testing, re-marketing strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate data-driven recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Skills:
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
