JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Sovereign Wealth Fund based organisation in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Our client is one of the most powerful businesses in the UAE. Due to consistent growth they are looking to hire a Personal Assistant. This position will be supporting a Senior Director, working from their Abu Dhabi office.

You will be responsible for complex diary management, as well as facilitating meeting and travel arrangements. You will monitor all calls and visitors to the Director, ensuring they are prioritised according to importance and urgency. You will also prepare all official documents related to the Director and provide an efficient service ensuring maximum workflow. You will be a positive and forward thinking candidate, with previous experience in a corporate environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Due to the nature of this company's specialism, you should have a background in Financial Services and Wealth Management. It is essential you are Western educated, with a minimum of three years PA experience and hold a Degree in a relevant field.
