JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Looking for a personal assistant to manage all administrative work for the director office
Recommends and assist in meeting the organizational goals and objectives
Implement approved policies and procedures, recommend improvement in work flow and procedures
Independently prepare a variety of reports and correspondence
Manage external and internal communication on Director's behalf
Analyze and present data to enable decision making by Director
Arrange for business trip , visa’s flight & hotel booking
Highlights risks, delays and opportunities to Director
Assist the Director in conducting monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
Perform all required administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence letters, sending emails, coordinating assigned operational tasks, etc

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication and language skills
- Ability to perform multitasking activities
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Power point, Excel & Outlook

• A confident approach and the ability to work both autonomously and as an effective team member

• The ability to deal with stress and effectively prioritize a busy caseload working to tight deadlines

• Be very detail orientated
