JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Organize Owner's calendar, and setting up reminders
• Prepare, attend and record meetings
• Assist in style selection for the group owner
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and hotel booking
• Organizing events, courses and conferences of the Group Owner
• Flexibility and fast response to tasks, calls, meetings attendance and travels
• Introducing Royal Sky group to potential partners
• Filtering and redirecting calls and emails sent to the Owner
• Booking and arranging personal appointments of the Owner

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in: (or/and)
• Business administration
• Marketing
• + 3 years as a personal assistant
• In an English-speaking environment
• In handling difficult clients
• Advanced MS skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent communication
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent English skills is a must (reading, writing, speaking)
