JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Strategic Representation & Stakeholder Management:
• Represent the CEO in meetings with full decision-making authority and conveying final decisions and updates from CEO.
• Engage with C-suite and partners
• Deliver high-quality presentations and maintain stakeholder relationships
Project & Portfolio Management
• Ensure alignment and track key milestones
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and manage special projects
Business Intelligence & Support
• Synthesize insights and prepare strategic briefs
• Monitor trends and conduct due diligence
Executive Operations:
• Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, and meeting preparations
• Prioritize requests and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Executive administrator with skills in preparing reports, presentations
• Create systems and processes that improve organizational effectiveness
