JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Due to a new requirement we have a client at the moment that is looking for a Emirati personal assistant.

You will be working for a very senior manager in a government organization.

Duties:
- Diary management
- Typing and writing and speaking in Arabic
- Filing
- Administration duties

8am to 2.30 working hours.

REQUIREMENTS

- UAE National
- Solid Administration and PA experience
- Must be able to read and write arabic
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in english
- Solid experience in diary management, booking of travel arrangements
- Solid experience working as a PA for a senior manager
