JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Personal Assistant up to 11k Aed+ for a Leading Retail Brand in Dubai
• Responsible for the day to day administrative role which includes sending and answering email, letter, phone calls
• Travel arrangements, book flights, hotel, transfers and visas
• Arrange meeting for the senior management team
• Compile presentations of planning, quarterly, monthly and adhoc
• Collect documents for signing and approval
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Personal Assistant
• SALARY: up to 11,000 AED plus family medical insurance and annual leave travel allowance, bonus and other allowances depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Retail Brand
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1 month notice will be considered)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/ Full time
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Open to ANY nationality preferably European, Indian and Filipino
• Female, 40 years old and below
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role for a senior management team
• With background from FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or Food and Beverage
• Experience in Finance or Legal industry is an advantage
• Strong administrative skills, ability to prioritize, adaptable to change and effective communicator
• Team player, approachable with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and time management
• Ability to organize events and large meetings
