JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Personal Assistant/Marketing - Investment Company - up to 14k

Investment company is looking to hire a Personal Assistant with some knowledge of Marketing to assist & support the Director of Asset Management.

Main responsibilities will consist of
* Managing and maintaining complex calendar and travel requirements
* Producing and proof-reading correspondence, documents, presentations and being able to effectively do this even when under tight time constraints
* Monitoring all correspondence, such as screening calls and responding appropriately when required to emails
* Providing full administrative support
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Providing Marketing support

REQUIREMENTS

For this role your MUST be Arabic speaking with a perfect command of English. You must have a Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance.

Furthermore, this role requires a highly motivated individual that can work independently, who demonstrates maturity and flexibility towards work schedules and deadlines.
Candidates must be reliable, honest and conscientious of their work, well-organized and with an incredible attention to detail.
