JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client are seeking a Personal Assistant to work between their offices and family home. The candidates will need to have a valid UAE driving license. To be considered you must have experience as a secretary or assistant where your role involved both office duties and ad-hoc family duties.

Approximately 50% of the role will relate to the reporting to the spouse of the Principal, while the other 50% of your time will be dedicated to duties within the Principals office

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties will range and will include but not be limited to :

OFFICE
- The role will be located in the main office and will have responsibility for:
- Filing, stationary ordering, vendor management, office supplies co-ordination
- Ad hoc duties and requests from team members

PERSONAL
- Travel Management for the family
- PA to spouse of the Principal, including requests relating to children, schools, activities, calendar management
- Item sourcing and purchasing
- HR co-ordination of household staff (visa, leave, insurance,renewals)
- Finance - monitoring of household expenses, utilities management (payment, registration, renewals), petty cash
- Maintenance - co-ordination and follow-up for upkeep of two large Dubai based Villas
