JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This is a unique Private Office for an UHNW and renowned businessman; a boutique office environment, located in state of the art offices in the financial district of Dubai, the private office looks after the personal business interests and family assets globally and the philanthropic activities of the Principle. Primarily, the PA will be based in the corporate office in UAE, but they may be required to work from private residences and hotels both in UAE and internationally.

Private Office is a specific sector and hence we will only consider applicants that can demonstrate experience and understanding of this. You must be very familiar working with UHNWI’s and be able to provide both effective personal and corporate support and solid strategy and business acumen. There will be considerable diary and travel management and the role will have full oversight of the financial accounts in many different jurisdictions globally and subsequent liaison with personal bankers and lawyers. Additionally, there will be international property management, including coordinating with real estate agents, managing refurbishment projects, maintenance contracts and household management. From a corporate perspective; full business support to the team, providing financial updates and evaluation of policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking someone who has had line management responsibility and who can switch easily between the facets of very personal and private to a corporate situation, always maintaining professionalism and discretion. Attention to detail is paramount and candidates will be able to look at the minutiae details through to the bigger picture in all areas.

The successful applicant will be an intrinsic part of the organization and be part of exciting projects. Resourceful and structured with a natural ability to present solutions to issues before and as they arise, candidates will have the ability to work conscientiously with operational efficiency. Client confidentiality will be imperative, and the candidate will have significant trust placed in them.

Candidates who are creative and have an interest in art and design may be particularly interested in this role.
