Charterhouse is currently working with a Business Consultancy firm in the DIFC, who is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join their professional team. This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role, working closely with and supporting the CEO, as well as assisting the Office Manager with other administration related tasks.

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, this role will take on a variety of tasks whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities will be divided between personal and business tasks including diary, email management, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and conference calls as well as making complex travel arrangements.

In addition, this role will be responsible for booking meetings, organising and attending the meetings ensuring the CEO is prepared and will be required to take minutes and ensure all professional appointments are carried out in a timely manner. The Personal Assistant will be required to carry out specific projects, research and be involved in decision making, therefore, the candidate must be assertive, forward thinking and a strong decision maker.

Occasionally, this role may be required to travel for meetings or provide assistance during presentations, therefore, the employee must be prepared to travel as per request.


To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years PA experience. It is essential to have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal as well as excellent knowledge of the UAE.

The ideal candidate must be able to work one-on-one as well as within a team with the ability to work under pressure, within a fast-paced environment. It is crucial that the applicant has exceptional IT Skills with experience using all Microsoft Programs.
