JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Experienced Personal Assistant required for a corporate organisation based in Abu Dhabi. You will provide high level administrative support to the CEO and CFO.
It is a varied role which will involve managing their schedule, coordinating events, English and Arabic correspondence, drafting emails, and handling confidential information therefore you must show a high level of discretion at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
This very busy role requires someone with experience in providing support to C-suite executives. You must have excellent English AND Arabic writing/verbal communication skills, must be intermediate/advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and be super organised.
You must be able to juggling many different tasks at once and be able to communicate professionally with VIPs, clients etc.
