JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Personal Assistant To CEO up to 10k Aed for an Investment Company in Dubai
- Responsible for the day to day administrative role which includes sending and answering email, letter, phone calls
- Travel arrangements, book flights, hotel, transfers and visas
- Arrange meeting for the senior management team
- Compile presentations of planning, quarterly, monthly and adhoc
- Collect documents for signing and approval
REQUIREMENTS
- POSITION: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO
- SALARY: up to 10,000 AED full package depending on qualifications and experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Investment Company
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1 month notice will be considered)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/ Full time
Education/Experienced Required:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Female, 35 years old and below
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role for a senior management team
- Strong administrative skills, ability to prioritize, adaptable to change and effective communicator
- Team player, approachable with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to organize events and large meetings
