Insignia are recruiting a Personal Assistant to UHNWI, you will be responsible for managing the diary and all appointments. You must be available to travel extensively and provide full-scope organizational support for all business trips and personal lifestyle. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Personal / or Travelling assistant within a large Family office, with a background in travel, concierge and/ or hospitality.

The Personal Assistant provides support to the UHNWI in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:
• Full scope of administrative and organizational support to a UHNWI.
• Assisting in personal and business trips with a UHNWI abroad, destinations include Switzerland, Vienna, Malta, Monaco, New York, Miami, and Dubai.
• Fleet management, alongside the management of properties belonging to the UHNWI in all locations.
• Act as a driver on all trips.
• Organization of business and personal events.
• Cooperation with staff in various locations on business tasks execution.
• Search and analysis of information in luxury lifestyle.
• Handling all personal requests and needs of a UHNWI.
• 24/7 telephone support in cases of necessity.
• Filtering incoming emails, queries, phones calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward as appropriate.
• Ensuring high-level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work.
