Personal Assistant To The Chairman

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, source for office supplies, taking notes and writing minutes during meetings, screen, and direct phone calls, produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Plan and arrange travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation for Chairman and family
- Knowledge of visit visa process of other countries
- Handle property and villa maintenance of the Chairman including directing staff for arrangements.

Requirements:
- Female, 38 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to high net worth individual in Dubai
- Must be knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures
- Must be proficient with MS Office and has excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
