JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objectives: We are looking for a personal assistant for our Center manager in order to achive better work in a shorter period of time.
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external customers.
• Handling emails and appointments
• Direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Make travel arrangements for domestic workers when required.
• Take minutes of meeting.
Reporting to: General Manager
Other interactions: Finance Department, HR Department, other staff
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent contract
Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sunday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
REQUIREMENTS
University Qualifications: Bachelor Degree is preferred
Other certifications obtained: Professional certifications related to the job position
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as a personal assistant

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong time-management and organization skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
