Personal Assistant To The Project Manager (French-Speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our diversified group, based in Dubai, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Project Manager fluent in French (written and spoken) to support our CEO. This strategic role requires excellent organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities, including:

• Project management and documentation control.
• Legal and compliance support.
• Property management.
• Employee coordination.
• Handling personal matters.

The ideal candidate must have flexibility to travel if needed and the ability to manage and track priority projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistance:
• Manage and optimize the CEO’s professional and personal schedule.
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and key events.
• Prepare documents and presentations in both French and English.

Project Management:
• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects (budgets, deliverables, deadlines).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Identify risks and propose appropriate solutions.

Decision Support:
• Gather and analyse data to support strategic decision-making.
• Draft clear and structured summaries and reports.

Communication and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless execution of the CEO’s priorities.

Legal Coordination:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with legal advisors to ensure compliance with regional regulations in the UAE and East Africa.
• Maintain an organized repository of legal records and monitor renewal timelines.

Property Management:
• Oversee the CEO's property portfolio, including documentation, tenant communication, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth property operations and development.
• Conduct regular updates and reporting on property performance.

Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
• 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.

Languages:
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:
• Strong organizational, dynamic, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Monday.com, or similar).
• Discretion, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.

Availability:
• Immediate and flexible to travel if required.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
