JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an event management company based in Abu Dhabi. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (Western national).

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Represents the chairman by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the chairman.
• Preparing and editing articles; producing and distributing, if required
• Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the chairman.
• Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling & booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
• Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
• Enhances chairman's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• assist VIP delegates, government officials and VVIPs in various events organized by the company

REQUIREMENTS

• You should have at least a bachelor degree
• At least 4 years of general PA / EA experience, supporting C level or member of senior management team
• Have an experience working a fast paced working environment, preferably in events
• Have dealt with VVIP, VIP and government officials
• Able to work in longer working hours
• Have excellent English writing skills
