JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a phone repair technician in the UAE to join our team.
We are opening a branch in Dubai and in connection with this we are recruiting a team.
We are ready to consider candidates who are planning an independent move to the UAE.
- Diagnostics and assessment of the device state according to the algorithm for checking for operability (technical part and appearance)
- Repair of mobile phones (replacement of spare parts with new ones, on average 1 phone per hour: display module, touchscreens, connectors, housings, cables, speakers, microphones, restoration of boards after water, restoration of power circuits, replacement of components, etc.)
- Reporting on repairs (comments on acceptance and repair, indication of diagnostic results, repair terms, etc.)
- Without consulting clients and additional sales
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years mobile phone repair experience (Apple and Samsung)
- Understanding the principles of phone diagnostics, ability to assemble and disassemble devices
- Knowledge of common faults and ability to troubleshoot them
- Previous experience in a position such as a telephone repair engineer or a service center master will be an advantage
- Team management experience preferred
- Responsibility, self-organization, accuracy in work
