JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Preparation of detailed baseline construction schedule (cost loaded) in coordination with project management execution plan
- Continuous review and updating of project schedule and budget based on site progress
- Preparation of monthly progress reports
- Prepare and update project procurement schedule and status register
- Create and implement project cost control methods and records variances
- Review productivity and project metrics
- Prepare monthly progress payments for submittal to client
- Review subcontractor progress and progress payments
- Prepares variations and claims and maintains status registers
- Supporting project team with other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a minimum of two years locally
- Proficient in English (both oral and written).
- Technical knowledge of construction materials and standards, as well as construction practices used in the region
- Good communication, organizational and presentation skills are a must.
