JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Planning and Cost Control Engineer will ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements through efficient planning, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. This role includes baseline planning, risk management, cost tracking, and the development of monthly and bi-weekly reports.
Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Commercial Phase
- Cost & Workflow Management
- Risk Change Management
- Reporting Stakeholder Communication
- Reporting Stakeholder Communication
- Data & Database Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years in UAE-based planning and cost control, particularly in steel and construction sectors.- Skills: Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Earned Value Analysis, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Must have construction industry experience.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
