Preferred candidates from water treatment or engineering background.

  1. Project planning and scheduling (experience in level 1 to level 4)
    Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using tools like Primavera (P6) or MS Project. Prepare baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project scope, resources, and timelines. Identify the critical path and update progress periodically.
  2. Progress monitoring and reporting (experience in EVM analysis)
    Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of site activities. Compare actual progress with planned progress and highlight delays or deviations. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and productivity charts.
  3. Resource planning (experience in resource leveling)
    Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements. Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely availability of resources. Forecast future resource needs and constraints.
  4. Delay analysis and mitigation (experience in window analysis)
    Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks in execution. Recommend corrective and preventive actions. Assist in preparing delay claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and supporting documentation.
  5. Coordination and communication
    Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors. Participate in internal and client meetings to update schedule status and highlight issues. Ensure alignment between planning documents and site execution.
  6. Cost and budget monitoring
    Assist in monitoring project expenditures and compare them with budget estimates. Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts. Highlight potential cost overruns or savings.
  7. Documentation and compliance
    Maintain all planning-related records, reports, and schedule versions. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
  8. Support for project closeout
    Assist in final documentation, as-built schedule preparation, and project completion reports. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth handover and defects liability period (DLP) planning.

Robotics, electrical engineering, GIS, C/C++, technical writing, Visio, special operations, telecommunication, geometry, oil and gas experience, MPLS, systems analysis.
