Job Description:
- Generally assist Chief Resident Engineer and Site Resident Engineers for all PRFD Construction projects.
- Well aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category.
- Attend progress meeting with client/contractor and advise de-bottlenecking to contractor
- Identify and address all risks and contingency situations arising during the project life cycle
- Review and recommend Contractors construction schedules, S-curve and Resources Histogram etc
- Assist to contracts manager related to EOT, delay analysis and Impact schedule etc.
- Review measure of work done, analyze reported progress and KPIs
- Record and display progress versus program
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly and monthly progress reports and any other reports as per job/client requirement
