JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This person will have at least 2 MAJOR Towers from start to finish behind them (Full Program) for the Main Contractor.
High Rise to our client is 45 Storeys not 20 or 30 as they have Planners within the business with low rise to medium experience.
60 Storey High Rise Tower central Dubai.
Our client wants a Project Planning Manager that is able to see the bigger picture. They have 45 + Years in business and are seen as one of the most capable main contractors in the Middle East.
We want someone that sees beyond the baseline program and can see risk before it’s an issue. This person will understand how to work with a client to ensure that all obstacles are removed to ensure that progress and profitability occurs for both client and contractor. Our client want to see this structure go up and get built. No excuses only facts and clear responses on how & why.
Do you have a track record on High Rise Projects . High Rise to our client is 45 Storeys not 20 or 30 as they have Planners within the business with low rise to medium experience.

• Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us)
• Analytical and methodical approach to work
• Sounds Technical & Engineering background
• Commercial awareness of the program and profitability
• Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner . No ego’ or over delegating needed!
Requirements:
Do you match the following criteria:• Do you have a track record within Tier 1/2 Main Contractors in the UAE
• Do you have the communication skills to manage up , down and across all sides with clients and sub-contractors
• Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client , RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite.
• Candidates must have prior Gulf Experience ideally in the UAE as a Senior Planner or Planning Manager for a Main Contractor ( PMC + Client Side not accepted)
• You can be based anywhere in the world as long as they understand what is needed from this role and have the track record desired
• This person will be able to start employment before Late March 2024 at the absolute lates
Salary:
AED
46,000 to 51,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
