Our client is a leading construction company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors such as landscaping & infrastructure into commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The company has played a significant role in shaping the urban landscape of Abu Dhabi through its successful completion of numerous landmark projects.

The Position

The position of Planning Manager will be responsible for leading the planning division and reporting to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
• Oversee budget management for each project.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure plans meet client requirements.
• Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols on-site.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate records for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction planning methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in managing landscape or infrastructure construction projects, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
• Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project success.
• Hold a relevant industry degree
