JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• This role will navigate between on-site activities and Head office duties.
• The Planning will be responsible for day-to-day planning tasks ie Baseline program, EOT, resource and cost loading.
• Ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to high-quality standards within budget constraints.
Requirements:
• Ideally Minimum 15 years Project Planning, Scheduling, and Management skills with Main Contractors in the UAE.• Experience with Tier 1 Contractors delivering large complex building projects is preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate there is a necessity. No Commuters!
• Experience in coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management software.
Salary:
AED
50,000 to 55,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
