JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Title: Planning Manager / Sr. Engineer/ Engineer
Location: Dubai

• The candidate should have experience in planning of Multi storied tower projects and be able to prepare Baseline Programs in primavera P6 V22 with resource and cost loading.
• The candidate should be able to prepare recovery and mitigation schedules and monitor subcontractor schedules. He should have good knowledge of Civil, MEP and all subcontract works. He should have expertise in preparation of claims for extension of time including time slice Windows Analysis/TIA.
• The candidate should have proven experience to present and substantiate the claims for EOT with the Employer/Engineer/He should be able to prepare Progress curve, KPI’s, Gross valuation curve, Cash flow chart and manpower histogram.
Requirements:
• Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with a Post Graduate qualification• 10-20 years of experience (out of which minimum 5 years in UAE/Gulf)
• The Candidate should have experience in contractual correspondences.
• Should have good writing and communication skills.
