JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is currently looking for a senior operations candidate to join their business, to head up one of their plants. The facility currently has 4 production lines, 500 employees and 200 contracted employees.
This senior management opportunity will extend responsibilities across quality, assurance, maintenance and production functions, and will report into the groups’ C suite and members of the board.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have work experience within the cement industry as well as having 5 or more years as a Plant/Works Manager.
Previous experience in increasing plant efficiency as well as streamlining processes will be of additional benefit.
The location also offers Tax Free earning capabilities.
