JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• 15+ years in the concrete /ready-mix industry, with a significant portion in plant operations.
• Experience in managing Production, Maintenance (Plant & Vehicle Fleet) & Quality (Heading the Plant)
• Managing complete end-to-end operations of the plant.
• Should be able to train the manpower for smooth operations
• Liaise with the regulatory bodies, when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Diploma in engineering or relevant field.• Strong leadership and operational management
• Knowledge of quality control processes in concrete production
• Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards
• Proficiency in managing plant machinery and optimizing production
• Liaison with regulatory bodies quality standards such as those set by Dubai Municipality and other emirates’ regulatory bodies.
