Plant Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Generate inquiries by visiting established clients;
- Follow up on publicised projects; establishing contacts with relevant contractors, consultants and other potential client
- Review the inquiry specification to ensure all required information is available on file.
- Review and submits quotation and proposal; liaises with client at all stages from initiation of inquiries through to the closing of the sale in compliance with company guidelines
- Surveys market potential; identifypotential clients and plans territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Constructively handle all customer complaints with positive, solution finding methods
- Attends meetings; prepares regular and periodical sales reports;
- Performs any other related duties as directed by the General Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors degree in engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant technical experience in a technical, commercial position in the water industry
- Sales experience in the field of Sewage and Wastewater treatment plants, Desalination plants for sea and brackish water by Reverse Osmosis, ...
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Clear track record of strong sales achievements.
- Valid drivers license
