JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The Plumber will work closely with contractors, property managers, and clients to ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality service and exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions to problems.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations while performing work.
- Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople to coordinate plumbing work on construction projects.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Install and repair water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Clear clogged drains and sewer lines using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Advise clients on plumbing maintenance and preventative measures to extend the life of their systems.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Good physical condition and stamina, capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Willingness to continue learning and staying updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
