JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and supervise our plumbing team on construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure quality workmanship, maintain schedules, and adhere to safety standards, contributing to the successful completion of projects within deadline and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the plumbing crew to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Interpret plumbing blueprints and plans to guide team execution and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials, and coordinate procurement as needed to avoid work delays.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Ensure all plumbing installations meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to optimize workflow and resolve challenges.
Requirements:
- Holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a building contracting company in G.C.C.
- Professional in reading drawings and management of manpower on site.
- Fluent In English.
