JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
You will be responsible for Program Management within the IT department, working closely with the senior Operations team to ensure achievement of large scale software development project goals and requirements. Working with wider business functions leads to define, prioritize, develop and monitor project initiatives.

Description
* Work with leadership to define, prioritize, develop and monitor projects and programs
* Manage inter-dependencies and coordination across program work-streams
* Identify and manage potential risks and issues
* Lead the execution of PMO governance, reporting and reviewing framework
* Monitor Program Progress and ensure Program work-streams meet their goals and requirements
* Conduct weekly reporting meetings and monthly steering committees
* Assess and activate improvements of program and project management practice
* Oversee the work of project staff to ensure adherence to PMO guidelines

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in IT SW Development projects and programs management (PM/ PMO Role)* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)
* PMP certification, Scrum Master, or equivalent
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and Jira
* Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
* Consulting experience with a focus on building successful project teams
* Experience working for large and established global IT companies
* Experience of working with cross functional team in different geo-locations
