JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Pool Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of swimming pools and related equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pool systems and equipment, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical testing, and water treatment
- Identify and repair any issues or malfunctions with pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for pool operations and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding pool maintenance and repair needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices for pool maintenance and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Pool Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues with pool equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of pool safety and cleanliness
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor as required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certification or training in pool maintenance and water treatment is a plus
