JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The role is responsible in ensuring that the check-in departure and arrivals gate products are professionally well presented. You will be required to assist with individual passenger, be able to demonstrate first class customer service to all passengers. All porters are expected to proactively assist our guests and handling agents through a solution focused approach.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Comply with safety in the workplace.
• Assisting VVIP guests by providing Porter Service from curbside until check in counters
• Assisting VVIP guests with baggage from Arrival Lounge until Limousine
• Use cargo loaders and/or conveyor belts to move luggage to and from the aircraft
• Arranging tensile barriers at check in counters after peak operational hours
• Able to work as a team or work independently without direct supervision
• ADHOC tasks at the Hub including moving of equipment, stationery, and furniture
Requirements:
Knowledge& Experiences:• Previous work experience in the same field
• Minimum of Highschool graduate
• Courteous and well mannered
• Complete Guest-focused approach
• Good command of the English Language
• Strong organizational commitment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong drive to grow capabilities
