The Role

My client is seeking Post-Acquisition Integration Associates to join the team. This role is essential for driving our growth by ensuring the successful integration of acquisitions into our operational, cultural, and strategic frameworks as well as supporting implementation of our value creation initiatives. You will be part of a transformative force in healthcare, with a direct impact on patient outcomes through the strategic expansion of our business.

The Post-Acquisition Integration Associate will be instrumental in the company's growth, focusing on post-acquisition integration and initiative execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integration processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and enhancement of our market position.

* Manage the post-acquisition integration process, ensuring a smooth transition of the acquired entities into the company's operational, cultural, and strategic frameworks.
* Collaborate with management to outline integration strategies, objectives, and key deliverables.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, to oversee the integration process effectively.
* Work alongside various departments (R&D, regulatory affairs, finance, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business goals during the integration phase.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders promoting a unified approach to integration.
* Track and report on the progress of integration efforts, evaluating performance against established goals and metrics.
* Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the integration framework.

REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate

* MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience with leading consulting companies and/or in-house strategic planning teams, focusing on strategic planning and project management ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Outstanding project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
* Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment.
